What does "BYOK" mean, exactly?
You connect your own Anthropic API key in the Brand tab. CommaDash's subscription pays for the toolkit — the app, packages, exports, localization — while your own Anthropic account is billed directly by Anthropic for the actual AI usage. You stay in control of your key and your costs.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time from your account settings. Upgrading from Starter to Comma-ND takes effect immediately (prorated) and unlocks everything right away — including full access back to the brand you already had going. Downgrading from Comma-ND to Starter takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and at that point your saved brands and launches are cleared so your account lines up cleanly with Starter's limits. Export anything you want to keep before your cycle ends — re-entering brand basics if you come back to Comma-ND later only takes a few minutes.
Is my brand data stored anywhere?
Your brand profile — name, website, competitors, story, and the asset types you've picked — is saved to your account so it's there next time you sign in; that's what powers the brand switcher. Your Anthropic key never leaves your browser, and we don't store your generated assets on our servers — those live only in your active session. Note: downgrading from Comma-ND to Starter clears this saved data at the end of your billing cycle — see "Can I switch plans later?" above.

Does CommaDash work on mobile?
The dashboard is built for desktop — it's a dense, professional tool for writing and reviewing comms, best used on a full screen. This site works fine on your phone for browsing, but plan to generate and export from a computer.
