CommaDash is an AI-forward integrated marketing consultancy. The comma is the pause — a real look at whether your playbook still works. The dash is what comes next: AI helping solve your most pressing problems faster, not bolted onto an old playbook. Driven by Aasit Thakkar: ex-L'Oréal, ex-Logitech, 14+ years shaping brands at scale, from Fortune 500s to founder-led names across CPG, tech, fashion, beauty, and wellness. We're beyond the age of storytelling. We're in the age of story-selling.
Your story isn't just how you present yourself — it's what drives conversion. My approach as an AI marketing consultant starts by finding your breakthrough: the one true angle your brand hasn't used yet. Then I make sure it resonates consistently, everywhere your audience meets you — because a story that only works in one place doesn't maximize your impact. It just gets diluted.
Every brand's stall point is different. Here's how I've broken through the ones I see most.
I find the un-saturated lane your competitors haven't tried — sometimes it isn't even in your category. (A vegan skincare brand doesn't need more beauty influencers — it needs vegan food influencers.)
I find the unconventional hook that gets a stalled relationship back to yes — not another follow-up email.
I build the next chapter of the story before it goes cold, instead of letting a good launch fade into silence.
I find the angle that earns attention you can't outspend your way to.
I find exactly where it's breaking — PR, social, or creators — and rebuild one story that holds.
When this vegan outerwear brand wanted to break into the US against Canada Goose and The North Face, conventional press pitching would have barely registered. Instead, Aasit anchored the launch with PETA US — placing the coats on animal-rights celebrities, tapping their advocacy network, and letting organic growth drive the national press (Nylon, Esquire, Inc.) that followed.
Logitech's Litra Beam launch had lost momentum. Aasit built a masterclass campaign pairing the product with Benefit Cosmetics and Refinery29, recruiting America's top makeup creators to turn a lighting product into a beauty-content story — reaching more than 5M people across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok and giving a stalled launch a second wind.
For grooming brand SPOTMATE's TikTok Runway Show, Aasit built a two-part campaign: Glow-Up, to Show Up. Standard press pitching wasn't reopening doors — seven VIP press contacts had confirmed on a story, then gone quiet for months. Instead of another follow-up email, Aasit invited them to a press-only sauna and cold-plunge offsite activation, turning the runway show itself into the story press couldn't ignore — reactivating all seven. On-site, a content-factory booth turned the live audience into a lead-gen engine, securing 74 affiliate signups and helping the show reach more than 3M people in a single day.
Not everyone made it to the activation in the end (a couple of last-minute cancellations) — the real win was breaking the press silence, not perfect attendance.
