Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CommaDash AI (the "Service"), operated by Sound-On LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("CommaDash," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CommaDash is an AI-assisted communications toolkit that generates press, social, creator, and commerce assets from a shared brand story. CommaDash is "bring your own key" (BYOK): you connect your own Anthropic API key and account, and your Anthropic usage is billed to you directly by Anthropic, separately from your CommaDash subscription. Your CommaDash subscription covers access to the toolkit itself, not AI usage costs.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@commadash.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• CommaDash plans are billed monthly and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and there's no long-term contract.
• If something isn't working as expected, email support@commadash.ai within 14 days of your first charge and we'll work it out with you.
• We may change plan pricing or features with advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new pricing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CommaDash to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates Anthropic's own usage policies. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it — CommaDash labels every export as a draft specifically because it's meant to be your team's final check before anything reaches press, creators, or customers, not a claim that no review is needed.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the brand information, product details, and other inputs you provide, and of the content CommaDash generates for you. You grant CommaDash the limited right to process that content — including passing it through our servers to your connected Anthropic account — solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Third-party services

CommaDash depends on third-party providers, including Anthropic (AI generation), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of Anthropic through your own connected account is governed by Anthropic's own terms, and we're not responsible for Anthropic's availability, pricing, or the accuracy of AI-generated output.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires editing — CommaDash does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for publication without human review.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommaDash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from published content that was not reviewed before use.

9. Termination

You may stop using CommaDash and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk to the Service or other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
